Starts off with some wicked beats and mixing.
The "Ghetto Youth" track seems really out of place with the rest of other tracks surrounding it.
Otherwise it was so awesome that I actually had to check the timer on the playback to realize yup it's only a few minutes in and I am already going "Aw Yeah!"
The Janet Jackson track is great. "She knows who I am..." Not knowing hardly anything about Janet Jackson I am not sure if this is a remix of one of her songs?
Muffin sneaking in the pitch up! In these days of digital decks with software giving you a visual display of the waveform of the track you gotta remind yourself what type of equipment that DJs back then were working with, especially at CKLN which was even more underfunded than CIUT. True respect.
Some nice jazzy style tracks near the end of the side including "The Funksta" which plays out to the very end.
Closing out with that Beastie Boys remix that was making the rounds at the time.
