2000.02.06 - The Prophecy - L Natural MC Fest

This tape from early 2000 features Marcus, Prime, L Natural and Caddy Cad, does it get any more classic than that?  

This is a really interesting tape too, for a variety of reasons.  We get a bunch of jazzy tunes from Marcus and Prime, some of them I'd never heard before.  There's also some really dark jungle too, and some moments where L Natural really busts out the rhymes.  It's also got really good reception and recording quality.  It's a bit strange though because the rest of the jungle is ok, which makes these moments stand out even more.

But whats particularly interesting is the shout out on Side A from Colin to his girlfriend and the Grimsby massive.  The Colin who called in was a friend of ours from highschool.  It's been a long time since we've heard from him though.  You still out there dude?  Drop us a line yo!
