1998.12.13 - The Prophecy - Post 3rd Year Anniversary Party Show - DJs Prime & Marcus w/ MC Caddy Cad

Another tape set from the collection of Dr. AnonymousNinja. This tape goes along with my last tape which was The Prophecy show that aired the weekend before the 3 Year Anniversary Party. This is the show that aired right after The Prophecy 3 Year Anniversary which went down at the Tropicana on Spadina Ave the night before on the 12th. This was both my and the Dr's first party which was very interesting to say the least. My Bro came out with us and chilled in the corner like usual while we were just fucking blown away. I think that we had been to a Comfort Zone night earlier in the summer but that wasn't really a "party" because it's a weekly night and it was on a Monday too. Anyways it was awesome and overwhelming but it was the beginning of this journey for what became so many of the crew from Grimsby from our era. I know there were and still are other "Grimsby Crews" that may have been known but I'm talking about our crew.

Anyways, this Prophecy show was originally recorded by the Dr onto a 90 min tape and then dubbed by me onto one of my 110s so that's why the lengths are weird and also you can hear the side change from his original tape about 2/3rds through what is called Side A here. Then due to the dubbing another side change is created in the middle of his Side B. Nice. Better than not having the show at all though.

We get the show right from the start as usual, we'd always be ready at the deck waiting to unpause as soon as the last ad ran.
